Our staff were delighted to be involved in this prestigious project on an £11M complex housing 219 University of Exeter and Peninsula Medical School students. The accommodation was built to a very high standard and was completed in September 2009. We provided design management services to the project and worked closely with the Principle Contractor and Services Contractor throughout the works.

We were employed on the BIMP and CAIP project undertaking Design Management and Commercial Support on a fast track refurbishment roll out throughout the South and South West of England. The projects ranged from the installation of Air conditioning systems to full M&E refurbishment and upgrading works which on some sites were valued around £400K. All branches remained open during the refurbishments and close planning and programming was required throughout. We were involved on circa 20 branches.

The award winning Dartmouth Apprentice restaurant is housed in the centuries old St Barnabus Church on an elevated site overlooking the beautiful river Dart. The open plan interior has been described as stunning ! and rightly so. Our staff were fully engaged from the initial concept design, through project design development to the launch of this very impressive restaurant. The Dartmouth Apprentice is part of the Training For Life project which has very successfully opened eight UK projects training homeless and disadvantaged long term unemployed young people skills which will help them to take a permanant job.
